Reihaneh is the founder and President of Viridi Edge and a dynamic executive with a career that spans strategy, operations and portfolio management. With deep-rooted experience in the energy industry, successfully leads multi-functional teams and delivers for organizations at different stages of maturity. Her diverse experience covers transformational energy projects including infrastructure development, technology deployment, and grant development; she helps clients develop and deliver creative, feasible, and profitable energy transition roadmaps.

A veteran of the energy industry, Pam has 37 years of utility experience, extensively in Finance and Regulatory and has held number of executive roles across the North East. In the early years much of her experience was in New England’s rate design and forecasting teams. As her experience expanded, she worked with the New England ISO to create the transmission tariffs in place today. In 2011, Pam became VP, Regulatory, New York and in 7 years she successfully delivered two, 3-year Niagara Mohawk gas and electric rate settlements, a 3 –year settlement for National Grid’s downstate Gas Companies (the first in over 10 years), and several interim recovery petitions. Most recently Pam in her role as VP, Regulatory, NE she led the successful delivery of Massachusetts Electric Modernization Plan(ESMP) and Massachusetts Electric Rate case. In her tenure as an executive at National Grid she held responsibilities, for Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and FERC Transmission. Pam retired in 2024 from her role as VP, New England Regulation.

Kalpana is a seasoned electrical engineer with a deep understanding of the electrical grid and expertise in project development and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. She has over 25 years of experience, primarily in the electric utility sector, and has also worked in the transportation, OEM, and nonprofit sectors.
A licensed Professional Engineer, Project Manager (PMP), and Change Management Professional (CCMP), Kalpana helps organizations develop, assess, and deliver energy projects. She works closely with Viridi Edge clients and collaborates across cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Her project portfolio includes transmission and distribution rebuilds and upgrades, new technology deployments, interconnection of solar and offshore wind plants, and studies on scaling renewable energy and energy efficiency measures.

Behnaz is a sustainable energy development professional and a seasoned Chemical Engineer with a holistic understanding of the energy system and the methods and approaches needed to facilitate a transition to a clean energy future. She is passionate about helping her clients move the needle on environmental performance.Behnaz has more than two decades of experience most recently has been focused on energy transition strategies, renewable incorporation, and decarbonization of hard to abate sectors. She has had number of clients working with service companies, sustainable energy producers and oil producers working on GHG emission reduction initiatives and life cycle assessment (LCA) of clean energy solutions, incorporation of a variety of environmentally sustainable energy production methods.

Jim McDowall is an IEEE Life Fellow, cited for leadership in stationary battery standards and the energy storage industry. As a consultant with decades of experience, Jim specializes in energy storage safety and related codes and standards. He is an expert in lithium-ion batteries and energy storage applications and is a member of the DOE ESS Safety Strategic Plan Advisory Committee. Jim was a director of the Energy Storage Association (now American Clean Power Association) for 14 years, including two years as Chairman. Jim is a former Chair of the IEEE Energy Storage and Stationary Battery Committee, has led numerous standards projects, and is currently serving as the committee’s Standards Coordinator.

Christie is a skilled researcher, facilitator and lead author of multiple peer-reviewed publications on climate change impacts. With years of research on global warming, she has a deep understanding of its challenges and risks, fueling her commitment to finding sustainable and innovative energy solutions that create both financial and environmental value. A former president of an international interdisciplinary organization, she excels in building strategic partnerships, creating networking opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships. Holding degrees in Mathematics and Climate Science from MIT, she possesses extensive analytical and numerical modeling skills. Combined with several years of experience in the financial sector, she brings a unique, cross-disciplinary perspective to the clean energy field and Viridi Edge Expert Network.

Haley is an experienced renewable energy professional with nearly two decades in clean energy project development, strategy, and policy analysis. She has a proven track record of advancing solar, wind, and battery storage projects from concept through commercialization. Her consulting has focused on supporting clean energy developers and investors with project development, market entry strategy, and regulatory analysis, helping clients navigate complex energy markets and accelerate the deployment of renewable energy solutions.

A veteran of the energy industry, Stan provides applied wisdom – advice, judgement, and insight – that allows clients to move quickly from ideas to action. His leadership experience over the past 30 years in nearly every aspect of the clean energy transition includes: corporate strategy, business and project development, consulting, utility operations, construction, R&D, data & analytics, and transformation. Stan knows the market, the technology, the culture, and the regulatory/policy environments that his clients must navigate.

Dorothy joins Viridi Edge with a strong record of managing complex, multi-agency initiatives and a deep federal clean-energy policy experience. As a Senior Policy Advisor at the White House and the U.S. Department of Energy, she led interagency workstreams implementing the Inflation Reduction Act’s clean electricity and clean fuels provisions, coordinating technical, legal, and financial analyses to produce clear, actionable regulatory guidance. Earlier in her career, Dorothy spent more than five years in management and strategy consulting, delivering structured workplans, decision-ready analysis, and executive-level guidance. Her combined policy and consulting background has positioned her to manage cross-functional teams, maintain policy alignment and ensure projects achieve pre-defined objectives.

Currently an Operations and Information Management student at UMass Amherst, set to graduate May 2025. Caleb has focused on business analytics in his studies and supports Viridi Edge projects as an analyst.
